AMD looks set to bring in more quarterly revenue than Intel for what appears to be the first time ever. Alongside its record Q3 2026 results, AMD guided Q4 revenue to approximately $17 billion, plus or minus 3%, or roughly $16.5 billion to $17.5 billion. Intel, on the other hand, expects Q4 revenue between $15 billion and $16 billion. AMD expects the segment to grow about 50% sequentially in Q4, while Client and Gaming is expected to drop by more than 20%. Intel's Q4 outlook, meanwhile, came in well below expectations, partly due to a two-week shutdown at Fab 28 in Israel that Intel says will cost about $300 million in Q4 revenue. Read full story
